About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive specializing in live AV events. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong background in generating leads, cold calling, and successfully converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will already have a book of business and contacts they can leverage to drive new opportunities in the live event production space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients, attend industry events, and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, ensuring client needs are fully understood and addressed.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed revenue goals by closing deals and maintaining a steady sales pipeline.
  • Client Expansion: Use your existing book of business to contact past clients and uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in AV live events sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales quotas.
  • Client Relationships: Must have an established network in the live events industry, including clients and contacts within corporate, entertainment, and agency sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to present solutions to C-level executives.
  • Adaptability: Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
